Okay, so time for another memory lost...

WEDDING!
Let me think of all the wedding cliches I can for the description of this blog...
On May 15th, 2009...
I married my best friend.
It was the happiest day of my life.
I only cried tears of joy.
I couldn't believe it was actually happening.
It was like a dream come true.
I felt like a princess.
It all went by so fast.
It was everything I dreamed it to be and more.

Okay, now that we've got those out of the way, I had a stinkin' awesome wedding. Maybe way cooler than any you've been to (way to be super catty, Sarah). If you weren't there, you missed out. I truly made some of the best memories of my life in one 24 hour period!

Here are the pictures to document the occasion; again, thanks to the best photographer EVER, Brooke "The Combat Trainer" Robinson!

I highly encourage you to click on the pictures you like to get a bigger view in a separate window!

Let's start with pre-wedding...
This is the wedding arbor that Garland's mom decorated. Beautiful!

We took pictures beforehand (best decision of the wedding!) and this was me sneaking up on Garland.
P.S. after seeing him, all my butterflies went away and I felt like we were really getting married for the first time...

Did I mention we had the best wedding party? EVER?!

Here comes the bride...

Worship

Exchanging of Rings (okay, I mostly put this picture in here because I LOVED my hair!)

Group Prayer

Communion and THE KISS!

Garland was really excited (hence the fist pump)

Okay, I was super excited too :)
Finally! Mr. & Mrs. Garland Autry

And of course, the highlight of the evening... THE PARTY!

At the end of the night, Garland dedicated one final song to his new bride...
"Honkytonk Badonkadonk"

I'm pretty sure it was his favorite part.
.
Thanks for that, loving husband.

The END!

A lot of Catching Up to Do...

So I've decided to finally make a blog that is a long time coming. I haven't had enough time in the past couple years to start one, but some of the most memorable and precious moments have taken place up until now. So I will start by catching you up on what you have missed!

Engagement: 12/15/08
In December of 2008, I got engaged to the man who encourages me, challenges me, and loves me unconditionally. Brooke Robinson took the most amazing pictures to capture this wonderful season of engagement! Did I mention that Brooke Robinson is probably the best photographer in the whole world? That's right, in the whole WORLD.

Now this is a more honest view of our relationship...
More memories to come later, stay tuned!

Bosco

Garland and I are not known for being super patient people when it comes to starting something new... So it wasn't a surprise that we opted to get a puppy less than a month after getting married and moving into our first home. We found an absolutely precious puppy at the Fayetteville Animal Shelter that we just couldn't stop thinking about, so we took him home! The shelter and vet guessed that he was a mixture of shepard, rottweiler, and possibly black lab. We named him Bosco, after George Costanza's ATM password (his favorite brand of chocolate syrup when he was growing up).

Here are some pictures of Bosco taken by Brooke Robinson when he went over for a play date with the Robinsons so I could buy groceries!

He was so tiny... He weighed 7 pounds when we took him home.

He is such a good dog! We love him very, very much :)
His favorite toy (before he chewed it up): A mini Bosco!
He loves swimming at the Buffalo!
